Just perfect. Relaxed, fun and amazing service. Excellent food and lovely small spa facility for massages. Close to St Jean Beach and airport. Staff very attentive and helpful and breaks avocado toast one of the best I’ve ever had. The decor is gorgeous

Impeccable service and very nice accommodations. The location is fantastic as well. The staff went out of their way from the planning to our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. This will be a place we return to in the future.

The staff. The staff. The staff. Solid and sexy rooms. Most warm and cool and fun and kind staff. Breakfast @Tropical is the best start to the day. So tasty (croissants better than France or Napa) and fun. Walk down short hill to public beach (recommend morning ocean dip), eden roc hotel, nikki beach and more. We had a blast. Great for couples vacation.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this hotel runs seamlessly, with everything thoughtfully coordinated, thanks to the incredible teamwork of the staff. Every detail is attended to with care—rooms are spotless, beds very comfortable, breakfasts are delicious, and the beautifully maintained grounds only add to the experience. Add to all this the location of the hotel, which is simply perfect, just 100 meters down the slope to Nikki Beach! It’s hard to single out just one person as the best. I have to mention the general manager Pauline Jimenez, whose warm smile and leadership run an amazing team. A special mention to the concierge team - Anaïs, Barbara, Camilla, Yasmine - who went above and beyond by securing restaurant and beach club reservations months before our arrival via email with the immediate response. And during our stay every morning, without any reminder, they confirmed our beach club bookings, ensuring a seamless and stress-free stay. Breakfasts were even more enjoyable, thanks to the warm and attentive service from Lisa, Carolina and Blanch, who made each morning a delight. In the evenings, Adrien’s incredible bartending skills added to the experience, crafting expertly made cocktails that perfectly complemented the relaxed and elegant atmosphere. Throughout our stay, we especially felt taken care of by Anaïs, whose kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. Truly exceptional hotel and service all around!

We travel a lot and this was probably the best service we have ever had at any hotel or resort. All the staff were super friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable and allowed us to be stress free and relaxed. They set up all our dinner and lunch reservations. We were Easily able to communicate with them if we needed something and things were doing asap. The breakfast was amazing every morning! Lunch and dinner items were also delicious. I wish I could get everyone’s name that was there during our stay but they all should get credit for being amazing and hard working! The hotel itself was very nice and chic. Very clean and cozy. Thank you Anais for welcoming us and setting everything up for us! This hotel was also recommended to us from a friend who visited st Barts a few months ago, and she was on point on how great her stay was as well! Thank you very much hotel tropical! We will be back again! Highly reccomend!
